Probate Bond
Probate bonds are the same as fiduciary bonds, executor bonds, and
estate bonds. They are all mandated by the court system and provide
security in promising the executor of the estate will perform in a
proper manor when allocating the assets of the deceased or disabled
individual.
The current market
Obtaining a bond for probate is not difficult provided that you have a
good credit history. If you have flawed credit, you may need to be
written through a speciality market.
Does your agency have a special program available for appeal bonds?
Our speciality probate bond markets allow for applicants with bad credit
to obtain a bond. However, the applicant must have an attorney working
with them to get approved. |
