These are bonds that anyone wishing to sell tobacco must have in order to be able to trade. They are required by the government and are in place to ensure the correct taxes will be paid.

The current market

A cigarette tax bond ensures that the correct financial payment will be made. This is the main reason why this bond is more carefully considered than some other bonds which are considered safer risks. We have contacts with several surety companies that are willing to write a cigarette tax bond.

Does your agency have a special program available for cigarette tax bonds?

We do not currently offer any bulk deals on these bonds. This is due to the fact that they are a fairly specialized type of bond.
